The Coalition of Defensive States flag was the similarly designed [img]http://images4.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20070218174360/cybernations/images/thumb/1/14/CDSflag.jpg/250px-CDSflag.jpg[/img] ...while the black one was the flag of the Coalition of Dark States which was one of their previous names.
