Ameris
Can anyone give me a definite battle odds calculation, and the calculation used to decide who wins battles? Thank you.
Woodrow
I dont believe the calculations are public information. Makes the game better imo. More planning/strategy on the players part.
Statalyzer
It's annoying though, since the game forces you to attack with every single deployed man and tank you have, you get two guesses (one based on your current deployment, and one based on the single change you can make to your deployment that day) to get the odds right. I do think you have to have some troops no matter what - I had finished off a guy for the most part but he still had some soldiers left. My tanks were going to be decomissioned to save maintainance anyway so I figured I'd just attack with those. (totally unrealistic tactic but w/e). Well, with 2 tanks for every 1 soldier he had, my odds were 0%, so I think you have to have infantry as a base for any attack.
