So yes, both issues are due to the new war. The GRL jumped from about 2.56 to 3.75 in one day which is significantly higher and would result in a much lower citizen count. Andre27 Posted September 1, 2010 Report Share Posted September 1, 2010 Look at the bright side, when you look at the world demographics http://www.cybernations.net/stats_demographics.asp you'll see that the GRL (assuming no new nuclear wars) will plummet on the 9th.
