[u]Article II - Non-Aggression[/u] No member of either signatory may participate in support or aiding of military action against a member of the other signatory. If a nation is guilty of this they will have the option to peace and pay reparations that match the damage inflicted or face a ZI. [u]Article III - Intelligence[/u] If a signatory is holding information that could prevent any act of aggression against the other signatory they are required to share. [u]Article IV - Aid[/u] The signatories will seek to trade technology at fixed standard prices, as well as seek to improve all trade situations that either signatory is in. [u]Article V – Optional Defense[/u] If a signatory is attacked by a third party the other signatory isn’t required to assist with military action or financial aid but it is welcomed. [u]Article VI – Termination[/u] This agreement will void if either signatory violates article’s I or II. If any signatory is looking to cancel on the other signatory they will need to notify the other 72 hours before making it public.
