I tried backtracking from my hapiness level and improvements base level an i have come to the conclusion the rate is'nt 0. So i was wondering if someone could give me a number if its not 0. and if it is 0 then could someone give me a rundown on how the calculations are made. Im not sure if im posting this in the right section because it applies to my nation but its not about my nation perticularly(if this belongs on the game abuse section of moderation i appologise my intention is'nt to clog the wrong section of the forum) its about the game mechanics.
