The Parasite Posted December 23, 2009 Report Share Posted December 23, 2009 In CN:TE I checked the "Retain User Name At Reset" button by mistake, and I would want to register a completely new account with new ruler name and nation on the same e-mail account. Is this possible or do I need to use another email, or is there another solution to the problem? Nevertheless, I solved the problem by registering using an alternative email address. Still, I think this problem should be looked more into since it might concern a lot of players. In my opinion there should be some way to easily be able to change the ruler-name even though one might have checked the "retain button".
