Subtleknifewielder
OOC: Let them say what they will. At least that way you know who your detractors and friends are. IC: A week later... The troop transport, clearly unarmed, was named the Sure Path. On it, were the twenty troops that had been promised. Also, as promised, Troina had been notified two days in advance. Carter and his troopers were told to leave their weapons in the armory, secure, until the inspection had finished. Unless, of course, the inspectors wished to examine the weaponry, then they would be permitted to do so. The crew of the transport were only lightly armed with handguns and the like, safeties clearly on on all the weapons. Also on the ship were the first few crates of promised building supplies. They radioed ahead to the Troinian Coast Guard for permission to enter their waters...
kitex
The port master called General Gogol to make sure that the Promised Land soldiers were actually suppose to be there while Dog Company of the 3rd Marines searched the ship. After recieving confirmation from General Gogol and the Marines had finished searching the ship, the soldiers were let into Port Nagoya and then after they got off the ships, were taken to Fort Alison. Subtleknifewielder
"Well, that was quick," Carter stated with a smile as they disembarked. "You must have gotten right through to Gogol when you fellas made that call..."
Subtleknifewielder
Carter unconsciously shivered in the cold. Much colder than anything he had ever encountered before, even in his SF training. OOC: Bump. Did you want to continue this as having taken place in the past, or what?
