iKrolm
Selenarctos too congratulates Tahoe on their moon base. OOC: I'm starting to agree with Lynneth, there should be some RP leading up to the construction of an extraterrestrial base, even if it's classified. king of cochin
The Kingdom of Cochin congratulates Tahoe on its successful Lunar program. We wonder if it would be possible for us to cooperate with you on this project. Cochin does not have the wherewithal to establish a base of its own but experience gained in cooperation with you in this project would help us very much. We too have a history of lunar exploration and our first human landing has just been concluded with many more visits planned in the future. If Tahoe would choose to cooperate with us, we can assist you in your logistical aspects, ie, transporting materials to and from your lunar base.
