Ah Promised Land and the infinite twisting words excuse, invent another one next time please this one is getting boring. However we will help you with understanding messages as your diplomats seem to need it.

This message shows a negative tone with references to past actions unrelated to Buryatia, should Buryatia have conducted such actions before it would be on its place but in this case with past actions having been conducted by Nordland it is not.

In contrast, this message voices no opposition to either Slavorussia or Buryatia but merely says it is within the sovereign right of a nation to do as they please within their own land. Something which can only be judged by their people. The last part is something we say to every stable government not an opinion but just a wish.

Does Promised Land understand the rules we teach to Imperial children attending elementary school now?

No, you are the one needing an elementary education. Nowhere in The Haseatic message are they voicing opposition to either party, merely drawing a parallel between past and today's events. If one does not learn from history, they are doomed to repeat it, which seems to be a lesson of which you are incapable of understanding.

Here, we've bolded the relevent parts top make xcomprehension easy for you...you seem to need aid when it comes to matters like this.

Buryatia has the entirety of Siberia and Northern Asia to conduct these operations and yet they do it at the gates of Slavorussia. We see the same mistakes of the past coming quite close to bare and it is indeed a shame. Nevertheless, we would like to advise Slavorussia not to do anything that would be seen as an aggressive manner, lest war might develop and you would be seen as the aggressors here. A cool head is needed here, nothing more, but again it seems familiar to us as well. Shame if history should repeat itself so soon since the crimes of the past.

Nowhere in that passage do they say Buryatia was the one who made those mistakes.

Nowhere in that message are they calling for action against Buryatia.

They clearly advise Slavorussia to remain calm.

Repeated history does not mean it is the same party making the same mistakes, merely that mistakes are being made now that have been made before, not necessarily by the party making them now.

Now can you understand, or do we need to use even simpler language? Come back when you actually HAVE learned something from those things you call schools.

We advise Promised Land to take a course in reading comprehension you are obviously unable to see links. The examples and tone set in the message show opposition. One does not need to say something directly or take action, the tone and kind of arguments show the idea behind what was written. Now go back to whatever hole your diplomats came from and learn something. Or is that too hard to understand?

We advise the Imperial Union to follow their own advice (and keep their noses out of Non-American affairs).

Is THAT to difficult to understand?

" Michuraza fears the signs of war drawing closer between these to great countries in north Asia.

OOC: FYI, lutai, I'm in Australia and Centurius is in South America. A place I'm pledged not to send my military.

Several things need to be said before we let this go. Firstly to Vauleo-Buryatia. Of course you have a right to conduct military exercises wherever you want, but we’ve noticed the obvious fact that your military exercises are surrounding Yacrania. Given the nature of the discussions we’ve had lately, and the history of military exercises being used as a front for invasions we hope you can see how this could be a matter of concern. Forgive us if we can’t take your word without a grain of salt.

Secondly to HRH King James I of Caucasia, your advice is noted, but we have a right to question this operation, because of the amount of military force being moved within 20-50km from our border, and protectorate.

And Finally to Zargathia. There’s not much of a correlation between Zargathia’s war games, and Vauleo-Buryatia’s war games. Please don’t take this the wrong way, but compared to your neighbors Zargathia isn’t much of military threat, whereas Vauleo-Buryatia can be a military threat to Slavorussia, if they wanted to.

***Response to Slavorussia***

"As stated previously, the government of Vauleo-Buryatia will not be issueing any further statements or communiques regarding these exercises. Your concerns have been noted."- Vauleo-Buryatian Diplomat #320992A6C

***Military exercises***

==Central Novaya Zemlya==

Once the sun set over the horizon, two groups of soldiers started the first phase of the exercises. At night, the first team of 700 soldiers stormed into a building with guns and explosives. They quickly took 300 dummy 'hostages' and delivered a video of 'demands' to the government.

The second team quickly swept into action and surrounded the building. They were heavily armed soldiers trained for counter terror operations and reconnaissance. In less than an hour, the military team was in place surrounding the building with snipers on the roofs of nearby buildings and roadblocks on the streets below.

==Off the coast of Novaya Zemlya==

Several small target Naval vessels are positioned at several distances from the coast of Novaya Zemlya. Each of the vessels is positioned inside Vauleo-Buryatian territorial waters, and has no crew or weapons. Once the ships are in place, anti-ship batteries on shore open fire with conventional B-01 Mudkip anti-Ship missiles, as well as the new B-12F Hammer missiles.

Detailed information is calculated from systems on both the target ships and shore to calculate the efficiency of the various missiles. As each ship sinks, military officers on site take notes.

The final remaining ship, the largest target used in the exercise, was towed into position a few miles from the coast. A single MiG 35, armed with two B-01C Kharkov missiles takes off from the mainland and flies towards the target. While staying 60 miles from the ship, the MiG fires the missile and tracks it as it collides with the target.
