Jordosaur94
October 2nd, 2009 1503 Hours Eatonville, Cascade A large crowd gathered in the cemetery, the reason for the gathering was to show to the world that a new nation existed in the Pacific Northwest and the reason for the event taking place in the cemetery is due to the fact that the cemetery is one of the few open spaces in the town of Eatonville where such a rally could be held, or that is, Glacier View Park next to the cemetery. 100 people from throughout the area showed up, as well as several teams of journalists from throughout the world. Near one end of the park was a podium where the leaders of the new nation were-- except, that is, for the President, Jordosaur94. He had broken his foot while hiking with his girlfriend in order to prove to her that he was an outdoorsman. Upon hearing the news, the Vice President James Fredrickson complained, "That idiot's obsessed with impressing her, the wimp!", he sighed, and got up on the podium to begin his speech, "Ladies and Gentlemen, you are here to for the birth of a new nation! Though we have been around for several months, we have never released the news to the world, until now! The President, Jordosaur94, has injured his foot in a hiking accident, but most of us are here! Me, James Fredrickson the Vice President, Wallace Jones the Foreign Minister, Daniel Simpson the Minister of the Military, Bob Hanson the Minister of Defense, Jim Van Matthus the Chief of Staff, George Anderson the Minister of Transportation, Neil Smith the Minister of Agriculture, Steven Donald the Minister of Safety, Timothy McPherson the Chief of the Army, Vince Williamson the Chief of the Air Force, Leonard Riggs the Chief of the Navy, Jerry Fender the Minister of the Treasury, and uh, there's some other people, but I forget! Anyway, thank you, ladies and Gentlemen, and we thank you to witness the birth of the Democracy of Cascade!!"
Jordosaur94
OOC: Anyone?
KaiserMelech Mikhail
OOC: Good writing bro. This should actually either be in the Game-Related RP, where you go if you want to RP your actual CyberNations nation. If you want to put it in Fantasy (a mix of your in game nation and make-believe), you need to say it's non-canon or else you might make Tahoe (the guy who owns the area) a little upset. Well, since it's an OOC forum, are the tags really needed, KM? Anyway, you're right, this is an IC thread and as such should be in one of the two subforums. However, we should note Tahoe only owns that area in the CNRP continuity. Edited October 19, 2009 by Subtleknifewielder

OOC: Thanks for the compliment, but now that you mention it, Tahoe does own large amount of territory in the Pacific Northwest, I'm not sure what to do with him. Send him a PM asking if he's willing to negotiate for a piece of land that he currently owns. Jordosaur94
Hmm, I guess I'll put this thread in the Game-Related RP, though I don't know how to move it, and even then, not a whole lot of people browse that subforum compared to the Fantasy RP subforum.
