A message would arrive at the Presidential Office in New England the seal showing it was from the Empress of the Imperial Union herself

Dear President Johnson,

While our nations haven't been on a positive note with each other for a long time in the interest of American Security I am willing to discuss possible resolutions between the trouble that rules between us. To do this I wish to invite you or an envoy to Buenos Aires for both a formal as informal meeting to discuss possible solutions. If you agree please have your plane and possible escort use the codes attached as to confirm with the Imperial Defensive Air Force you are in fact a Diplomatic force.

Yours faithfully,
Empress Nadine Audrey Peacecraft

The Empress would receive a response from Boston:

Dear Empress Nadine,

I would be interested into meeting with you personally in Buenos Aires. I must agree with you that relations between our nations haven't been cordial, especially concerning the ongoing situation regarding Texas. Secretary of State Franklin Delano Roosevelt will attend along with me.

With the highest regards,
Lyndon Baines Johnson, President of New England

Shortly after the message was sent, Air Force One lifted off Boston Airbase and headed in the direction of the Imperial Union.

The moment Air Force One arrived Imperial airspace 2 F-1s departed to safeguard it's trip to Buenos Aires International

Air Force One this is Lieutenant Lopez from the 25th we are here to make sure nothing happens while within our airspace

Once it arrived the 2 were escorted to their car, a few supporters of New England trying to get through. The car slowly departed to reach the palace within an hour where the Empress was waiting.

President Johnson smiled as he saw the Empress. Upon reaching her, he introduced himself. "Hello, my name is Lyndon Baines Johnson." Secretary of State, Franklin Roosevelt did the same, giving his charming grin, though the Empress would see it was a bit sad. The SecSta was still mourning the death of President Kennedy.

"Welcome to the Imperial Union President, Secretary. First of all my condolences for your loss, no nation should see its leader killed"she said as they entered another room with a round table at which the Empress sat in one of the several chairs.

"Please sit, we will hold the formal meeting first, if you desire so rather than going to your hotel you can stay here for dinner with other officials from my administration tonight."
