I won't be able to get online over the weekend, so i won't update anything or so. I will however give this to someone at TOP IA departement to look after and keep working with (over the weekend). I check the game more often than forums, about once a day. All my trades have been canceled (manually, not sanctions) so if my nation and resources are good for your purposes, then just ask the other nations to send me trade requests. I will send out PM's and see how many of you that's still with us on this. I will begin to fill the spots after the report-in deadline. The deadline will be to the end of the week. (yeah, i know it's a long way there, but i'm going offline fri-sun, so there's just no way i can make it sooner.) If it proves that many has jumped off the train to happy trade station, i'll perhaps dissolve one circle and put you into other circles, but that's a worst-worst case scenario.
