What?! From time to time, one venerable Digiterran ruler will lament the loss of some noble quality from the "good old days" of Planet Bob, and another ruler, equally wise, will assert that this characteristic, far from being real, never really existed. Who are we to argue about ancient history we weren't around to see? We are The Lost World, and our goal, as an alliance, is to recapture and embody the best parts of these ancient memories. We seek to be an alliance where every member has a great deal of say in the fortunes of their nation and the alliance. We seek to be an alliance where loyalty to each other and to our allies, honor in our actions, are the most highly-valued virtues. We seek to be an inclusive and active alliance. We seek to enjoy ourselves while keeping in mind that this is, in the end, just a game. What else do we offer? You can read nearly every other recruitment thread to find out: protection, camaraderie, help in learning and understanding the game, an Academy, a chance for involvement and promotion, experienced leaders (nearly all of our top government has over a year and a half of government experience), and fluffy bunnies. We do offer three million dollars in Academy graduation aid, and opportunities to have your nation flooded with cash, but if all you're looking for is the money, you should probably look elsewhere.
