The project is that of a joint effort between a private company as well as the government. The act of parliament has allowed for full military assistance in areas that need to be taken once more. Parliment would also like to reiterate that any supporter against the state of Acca Dacca that has acted as a citizen of Acca Dacca up until this time shall be either shot if aggravating(shooting or throwing objects at soldiers) or will be put into custody and serve thier sentence under the title of treason/terrorist. Acca Dacca has officially gone to war in hopes of restoring order to its lands. It seems that Aotearoan supporters have reached thier extremities and have begun to plague the cities. With this, we have two updates: Acca Dacca National Gaurd has come into effect and has been formed. Acca Dacca National Guard (ADNG) is a Volunteer Regiment made up of 13 battalions. The primary task of the Acca Dacca National Guard is to protect the islands of Acca Dacca's Solomon Islands and New Caledonia provinces. Apart from security, they provide a yeoman service in keeping the lines of communication open from each island to another. They also provide: To serve as Auxiliary to the Police and generally help in maintaining internal security. To serve in static defensive duties such as man check points, guard low priority buildings, installations, guard villages etc. To function as an Emergency Force intended for special tasks directly or indirectly connected with the defence of the country. To help the community in any kind of Emergency--such as any natural Calamity. Providing security to centers of economic importance. If per chance you were on someone else's roof without thier permission, and fell off of it. You cannot sew. If you do sew, you will be sewed by the state for stupidity. - Stupidity is now a crime. If your child is somehow attacked by a clown, and runs full force into a wall, it will be considered a benefit to the community. If you $%&@ someone, and say they asked for it, you will be shot. - Doing something stupid and you are not supposed to be doing, we will not care for your health. You cannot sew. If you fall off a sign while attempting to graffiti it, you will be sewed. - You are not allowed to sew for doing something stupid. If the paintball gun accidently shoots your eye out, simply because you wanted to look down the barrel, do not think about sewing. You will be sewed if you sew. Traffic Laws: - If you run a red light, and hit into another person, or another person hits you, you cannot open your door and argue your case. You will be sewed for it. - If you park in two spots because you are lazy, your car can be dismantled. - If you throw something out of your vehicle, you will be subject to a 1000 dollar fine unless you go back and pick it up. - If you ride the right lane, you can be shot. - If you complain about being shot, you will be shot again. Your loved ones will be sewed for use of bullets and waste of the countries correction officers time. If you are an idiot, you will be subject to the full extent of the law. There will be a ballzy clause: - If you make up a fascinating story, you can get your appeal granted. - If your stupid action was ballsy enough, you will be granted a plea bargain. Those unworthy have done the following: Anyone who considers themselves to be fighting offensively with another nation in the name of justice, honor, soverignty, or peace without justification. Anyone who has breached our rights as a nation Anyone who has helped another nation breach our rights as a nation Anyone who considers an international event on another nation a "continental issue" Anyone who finds a way to piss the Queen or her Advisor off, or any member of the Brotherhood. General Order #1: the Kingdom maintains a standing army of only 12,500. The Army is divided into 50 100-man Units. The rest are considered on hold or for reinforcement. Only time will tell if the international community will present themselves at the ball. General Order #2: The Commander and chief will be placed under the advisement of The Queen of Acca Dacca, the Head of State, rather than the Head of Government. This will prevent the Government from gathering too much power. However, the Head of Government will be given the ability to declare official war. Smugglers arrested at border post Three men were arrested at a border post today attempting to smuggle out 15 kilograms of a new type of drug, "crimson," in a false cargo compartment of a truck into Siam, Acca Dacca. They have been detained in custody and will be committed for trial tomorrow at the Towns Justice Hall. It is to be built out of Bangkok, to give the people of Siam better conditioned water. National Gaurd called in Citizen Volunteers who signed up as the National Gaurd were called in today to help fight the war on the Solomon Islands and New Caledonia. These men and women would be the people on the front lines or even undercover against the Aotearoan rebels. We at the AC/DC TNC wish our countries bravest the best of luck. This will help the country as well as Acca Dacca as a whole. The project is expected to be done in 5 months, and will be open for use in 6. Trade. Our economy depends on it. This harbor will allow more ships to come in and out at one time, allowing us to, obviously, gain more trade goods and money. The dock will support jobs for 2,000 people. It is open for all international trade. A Step for Protection After the recent outbreak of several wars for our country, The Queen and her Advisor, have agreed that the time has come to set up a system of barricades and shore defenses in all parts of the nation. These will consist of bunkers lining the borders, naval defense towers, artillery pieces lining the mountains for anti air and ship defenses. None of these should damage views, and most will not block off land for hiking and nature walks. Many other changes remain classified, but will not break the other promises. For this reason, he is limiting the amount of troops under a primary operation, in the case that a secondary operation were. At least 10% of the standing army must be under reserve. At this point in time, the Commander-in-Chief requests that 2,500 soldiers remain in reserve. All portions of the solomon islands and New Caledonia must be put on hold. National Gaurd troops will be used in the campaign to free these islands from the Aoles. All troops will be moving to Acca Dacca's Siam for briefing. The Acca Daccan National Ball The Ball finally ended at a late time in the night. The ball proved to be a great achievement and an even greater success. The Queen herself announced her presense as Queen publicly to the world's leaders. Michelle and her Sisterhood diplomats were able to achieve peaceful talks as well as several future allies. The detained are those that have committed crimes of a nature that has gone against the state of Acca Dacca and its laws. This would include serial killers, war criminals, unlawful enemy combatants, terrorists, etc. The detention camp's location will be unknown and made public after the transition of criminals from current facilities to this one. The Economic advisor, Charlie Thorun, stated that: "Nearly every modern society has debt and we are no different. We will spend more money towards national development. What we will build with this money will advance our nation, and unlike other nations, will not continue to cronstruct until that debt is paid off in full. No international loans were taken out. Many of the world's richest mineral deposits are located in the Pacific Islands of Melanesia. However, access to these major resources is complicated by political violence that makes this a particularly dangerous region. Recent events have come as a reminder of the risks involved in investing in some of the resource-rich Pacific Islands and neighboring territories, not least in Melanesia. In New Caledonia severe casualties have been inflicted during clashes with striking miners. Troll Mines, the comapny looking for these minerals, has come under attack, but has recieved mixed ploitical support for and against thier actions with the miners as well as the communities they hope to dig up. Acca Dacca Posted September 12, 2009 Author Report Share Posted September 12, 2009 Acca Dacca launches offensive against an Aoles-held town New Caledonia, Acca Dacca - Near the Northern Seaboard, the Acca Daccan National Gaurd along side of troops under the leadership of General Malih launched an offensive against an Aoles-held town. Although the offensive went off to a great start, it soon grinded to a halt as the Acca Daccans encountered unusually heavy resistance. Fortunately, with support from the Military, the National Gaurd were able to overcome resistance and to destroy the Aoles as a fighting force in the town. The town is now under marshal law via National Gaurd. The Queen makes a statement regaurding the war. "Fellow countrymen and women, I thank you all for support this war to regain our soil back. These rebels have fought very hard but we still fight harder. It is a great honor to be the leader of you all. I hope that I will make this nation a better place. Thank you." The twelve year old Queen delivered the speech with the help of her advisors, as well as Michelle Donop who shall hand off her powers of leadership to Queen Ava when her time has come. In vivid crime scene photos released by police, a 2-year-old boy could be seen lying on his back to the right of his mother with his head on a pillow, his face caked with blood where he had been shot. The boy's two sisters, ages 6 and 9, lay to the left of their mother; all three were face down and shot in the back of the head. A small speech he delivered earlier today, he stated, "The war is dragging on an innocent civilians are dying for it." Ricky's office was bombarded with letters, phone calls, and protesters. "He represents a member of this nation. He wants to surrender to people who have attacked us? Never." Stated one supporter, "Horrible statement, horrible." Parliament decision to fight for PRC. With a split Brotherhood, the decision is still unclear if they will fight a war on another nation's territory for a nation who has no political ties. The Queens Advisor, spoke in favor of war stating, "We fight now in a war for our own nation. Now, we must look to assist a neighboring territory's peaceful state. They will be an autonomous region of the PRC, and we will be looking for good ties with the nation in question. The Queen's mother is apart of the PRC, and the monarchy will be looking to support thier own family. In many sports that hold national tournaments, the top 30 athletes of every age-group will qualify for State funds and a place within the National Sports Academy for the relevant sport. If we begin with the very young ones, athletes should get enough support that they can devote themselves chiefly to their sports. Additionally, the facilities will be kept up to date and journeys to competitions around the world will be financed. To continue in the effort, paintball has been promoted into the national level. Many ex marines have enjoyed the sport and in light of recent wars and events, it has become a larger and more spectator sport. A stadium will be build soon to hold national tournaments. Queen Ava jones has made it clear that she shall continue to spread the Mark internationally. Governors Governors have been assigned to areas around Acca Dacca, They are once former government officials that held governor offices in the Hanseatic Commonwealth.
