And nothing is more crucial for our government than doing everything possible to reach that goal,” said General Borghese. “We must plan for the future, our future and the future of our kids. Those who fail to plan, plan to fail. I will not let that happen in this country, Vincere e vinceremo! (We shall win!)” Borghese today signed a bill to create a new Corporation to control water and wheat markets. The "Ente servizi idrici e alimentari integrati" or "ESIAI" controls prices and food distribution all over the national territory. He said works are almost done for the construction of the new national bank headquarter in Milan. "BankItalia" is expected to open its headquarter monday.
