The Novus Niciae - Raochin free trade and defence pact.

Whereas it is mutually beneficial for all parties concerned the Nations of Novus Niciae and Raochin shall agree to a free trade and defensive pact under the following articles:

1: Both parties shall enjoy full access privileges to each others ports that shall include the right to establish a shore facility for the purposes of storing fuel and material for the refuelling and replenishment of all the vessels that belong to the owners nation in each others ports.

2: There shall be free trade between both parties that will be considered for the purposes of taxation to be the same as local trade.

3: There shall be no restrictions on any ship entering the other parties waters, except for standard customs inspections that are applied to all nations as a precaution to limit the spread of natural pests and weeds into each others environments.

4: Both Parties will share information that may be of benefit to the other in a timely fashion.

5: If one party is attacked by another nation without provocation then the other will lend all their available military support towards assisting the attacked party.

6: This treaty may be cancelled by either party by issuing the other party with 48 hours notice concerning the cancellation.

The treaty shall remain in force for this period but articles 4 & 5 shall not apply for this period.

It's never a bad thing for the increasing of economic prosperity. The Republic of Free Somal being close neighbors with Novae Nicae watches with interest and will stand ready to support either parties should they need assistance that we can provide.

If both parties are interested the Republic would be willing to work out a free trade pact between the three countries. I think we all could benefit.
