Hundreds of Chinese and Nordic flags flew in the distance, in the Nordic capital of Berlin. Along the Avenue of Victory, hundreds of honor guards stood at attention. This was a historic day. This would be the first time Chinese and Nordic officials had ever met.

As the Chinese diplomats exited their plan, the Nordic honor guards began to play the Chinese national anthem. Scolar Visari looked on, as he stood in the forefront. After the national anthem finished playing, he reached forward to shake the hand of the Chinese diplomat.

"Welcome to the Greater Nordic Reich. I do hope you enjoy your stay. If you'd just follow me."

He pointed towards a waiting limo.

"That limo will take us directly to my palace where we can discuss relations between our two nations."

After both men entered the limousine, it sped through the streets of Berlin, escorted by Scolar Visari's personal security detachment. After a moderate journey, they entered the ReichKaiser Palace. At the massive doors, more honor guards stood at attention, wearing their prestine special occasion uniforms. Soon, they entered the conference room of the palace. There, the talks would begin.

"Please have a seat."

The waiters poured each of nordic and foreign dignitaries a glass of water.

"Again, I'd like to thank you for visiting the Greater Nordic Reich. As this is a very historial moment, we hope all goes well."

Visari rubbed his chin

"I do hope relations between our two nations can improve after this meeting; although, I do know we have a ways to go, so to speak. How do you propose we improve relations?"

Chen sits down.

"This is a beautiful country you have Mr.Visari, its a great privilege to be here."

"Coming to your question on how we improve relations- We must stay in touch, that is the first step I feel, we must continously talk to each other keep our relations friendly. Secondly what could help out also is maybe a Non-Agression Pact with Free Trade to get confidence in our people that we are here to be allies and good ones in the near future."

"I do agree about the staying in touch part. Talking is always a integral part of continuing good relations between two nations. So yes, I do agree with the nation that we should sign a Non-Aggression Pact, with a free trade clause. I do believe our ReichMinister of Economics can give his opinion on free trade."

Visari signaled for his adjutant to walk into the room. The adjutant handed Visari a dossier and the Chinese diplomat one, as well. Inside of the dossier was printed version of the Non-Aggression Pact.

III. Non-Aggression
