From the lands of former protectorates, millions of Russians toon into a special broadcast. Fromt he Television sets can be seen unclearly, a figure given military salutes as she approaches the capital building steps. It is snowing fairly hard but thousands are preasent to hear her words. "As first leader of the Socialist Republic Union of Russia, granted such position by the High Soviets of the various oblasts joined in our Union, I, Premier Ksenia Tarasov declare into existance the United Socialist Republics of Russia! May our union be a beacon to the world of the success and might of the Communist revolution! The hammer and sickle of our flag will continue to build our union and her allies, while crushing the enemies of Communism worldwide! Forever will we stand by the worker, never will we accept the friendship of those who appress him..or her. Yesterday we prepared, today we arrive, tomorow we will remain! Onward to victory!"
