Some of us *cough* me *cough* will never get to see the senate control panel and what it looks like. (Definitely won't ever see that mod control panel ever, lol.) Idk, just a simple question. Profit!!!!!! That is how I did it. Nothing really that special. You just get like two or three extra options where you can sanction and write messages (but you need 25 or so votes to do that and I had about 3 at the time).
