Today, GTI has announced that the New Inca Empire has been born! Residing in North Diberia, The New Inca Empire is a clear example that the Diberian Zombie War is officially over and won! The New Inca Empire is mainly made up of south americans from Chili, and currently has GTI Bonding Ties. GTI Bonding Ties are special offers and lower prices for people living in certain areas to get more people to live there until the target population is reached (and even then the lower prices stick around for several months); like cheaper gas, materials, food, entertainment, and more! After some internet rumors, GTI admits that one of the easiest factors to telling if a large group of people are ready to become a seperate entity is if there is a religious whack job, and that there are few zombie-related deaths. With a smile on his face, the Chancellor (who is Head of Government along with the New Inca) had this to say, "Today we stand before the world, united like never before. The fools that dared attack us now lay dead on there soil! The mighty Land Inca Security Force have taken and sacked the enemy capital of Zappasburg. The treasonous prince has been forced to flee and his followers have gone into hiding. And greatest of all I announce that trade negotiations are under way (OOC: New trade circle.) that will bring a new age of wealth to our people." Prime Minister Allen Rodriguez, speaking on behalf of New Inca Apo-Mayta Chavez who was predisposed with diplomatic tasks (OOC: tech/donation deals), had this to say, "We thank Tennessee for it's support and hope that this is a sign that relations with North America will become strong."
