Been fighting her in this 'war' and he Tech is at 300 from 200 with only 500 infra and deff 5. She hasn't been aided for it as she's under 3 attackers per day. She is under attack by Alamia who is a 20k NS nation and would not have been allowed to attack Dream Mistress if as you say, she was far weaker that she is now and is using a hack to gain tech. You sure they didn't just have a ridiculous amount of cash saved up? Or a very strategic donation?
