Is a message sent when a nation deletes a trade with you? God I feel like such a n00b, I used to play CN ages ago and I remember only a few things. If the nation calcels because it is deleted, then there is no message. BUT, if the ruler manually cancels the trade, then yes, you will recieve a message.
