United White and Roman Empire will not attack each other. Any attackes on each other by individual nations will be resolved diplomatically. Article II: Aggression United White and Roman Empire can coordinate offensive action together, but are not obligated to do so. Any agreements for agressive action must be made seperately between the respective governing officials. Article III: Cancellation Should either alliance feel the need to withdraw from this agreement, they will notify the other party 48 hours in advance.
