But if he's a member of an alliance you may want to contact his alliance about this, as most alliances do not allow extortion such as this and it's generally frowned upon by the CN community. He's a member of SE, and I'm pretty sure SE does not allow such behaviour. Contact the alliance asap and tell them about it, and screenshots of the message(s) would be helpful. Also, while this post is ok, do not post about this in the Open World Forum at all, as it will probably end badly for you.
