question about IP rule

I've found on most college's that if you plug your computer into a hardline internet connection, it gives you a unique IP. It's probably best to test this by hecking your own IP and that of a friend to see if they're identical.

Either way, avoid logging in on WiFi connections or from libraries.

Logging in from public or shared networks is always a risky issue. If your particular network will allow you to get your own IP then do that. Otherwise by sharing an IP you do risk deletion. Bear in mind that if you share an IP with someone only once and then interact with them it can automatically get flagged for cheating.
