It says that only one donation is allowed per month, but is that one donation toa nation per month, or one donation by a nation per month? So could a nation, theoretically speaking, Sell five donation deals in one month's time, and reap 90 million over the next 6 weeks (given that 18 million $ for a 20$ donation seems to be the roging rate). Now, I am not exactly planning to do this, 100$ for my nation seems a bit much, but the very idea fascinates me (90 million to spend at will for a 7k NS nation!?!?!?!)
