gamer42_au Posted July 11, 2008 Report Share Posted July 11, 2008 I have bought a Disaster Relief Agency Wonder for my nation Amberg http://www.cybernations.net/nation_drill_d...ation_ID=186472 This should give me a 6th aid slot, but when I try and offer a 6th aid I get a message: "You cannot offer any new aid agreements because you have already offered or are involved in in 5 other foreign aid agreements within the past 10 days.
