Here is the detailed error code: Your drydock is providing support for one or more navy vessels. You may not destroy your drydock at this time. Drydock - $100,000 - Allows nations to build Corvettes, Battleships, Cruisers, and Destroyers. Increases the number of each of these types of ships that a nation can support +1.
