I would prefer smaller alliances, but I'll be glad to hear any other offers as well. Any color sphere is fine. Just to add, although my nation is only 74 days old, my first nation was ranked #83 at its peak before I deleted it. So you can probably guess I've been playing for a couple years now and I'm not a noob. Preferably an alliance that isn't heavily wired into the treaty sphere and a small active community. Pretty typical stuff, but I'm still looking at what options I have. Damn, TORN is also treaty loaded. That said, I might recommend: Elysium or Ordo Recolitus Both fit your requirements perfectly and come with my full recommendation.
