Get enough of whatever resource you want to send, exactly that amount (tech, $$$ or soldiers) 2. Make an offer 3. Make another offer while the other offer is still pending Because the game doesn't take those resources out, you can effectively send multiple FA offers without all the nessary resources. Moreso, if someone accepts, the resources are taken like normal, but the other offers are still on the table. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Syzygy Posted June 28, 2008 Report Share Posted June 28, 2008 the other guys cannot accept the pending offers any more, they will get an error message "the nation in question does not have the resources (tech/cash) any more to make this transaction" [something like that].
