Many nations sitting at 3999 read a need of only a couple million when it should be closer to 17. An easier way is to simply remember you need these figures to jump: 1K = 1 million 2K = 3 million 3K = 7 million 4k = 17 million 5K = 30 million 8K = $20 donation is easier Heck, if you've been playing that long then $20 is a steal for all the hours of entertainment you got.
