Resource effect: sugar

I have sugar, and I was trying to trade with another with sugar.

When I hover the mouse over my sugar icon, it says: +3% population, +1 happiness (same as in the help page). But over his sugar icon it has the extra +5% land.

So is the +5% land a typo, or is it a new effect? If it is new then don't older nations get it? (His nation is only 23 days old).

That is actually an old bonus that was removed with an update to Land that would have made sugar way too powerful a resource. I'm assuming admin simply forgot to remove it from that information bar when he took it out of everything else.
