Statalyzer
It still says it raises the amount of population density before unhappiness sets in by 50. Does this affect the environmental formula based on pop. density, or is it still just changing the direct link between density and happiness? Syzygy
against all rumors, there is no proof that the pop.density 'directly' affects env right now (except from the impact it had all the time, even before, when your nation is getting too crowded). So, as answer to your question: Water does exactly what it did all the time, the update does not change that at all. Only its trading worth has been increased because more nations might want it to fight env. Edited May 20, 2008 by (DAC)Syzygy

Delta1212
Your environment is affected when you get the little red message telling you your nation is too crowded. Yes, Water moves that limit as always.
