I have been anarchied

the last 2 days the game has decided to kick me in the balls

yesterday a guy killed 8K soldiers the game decided to destroy 60K of my soldiers

I got anarchied this morning at the reset i had 113K soldiers heading to bed

Below are the reports

as you can see i lost 5 out of 6 defensive wars with 113k soldiers none of which where deployed which is just making a mockery of the game mechanics as this is more than twice what two of these attackers have in total never mind deployed

then after doing that the game decides to make a mockery of maths

My losses subtotaled

2783

1904

2706

5190

4996

1503

this totals 19082 not 110K

Am i missing something or what is going on here

What you're missing is the way the game handles the modifiers. You start with a base number and that number is adjusted for various modifiers; in your case having Aluminum,Pigs and all five barracks. Losses come from the base number which in turn affect the modified total since there are no longer the same number being modified.

Correct. Is it even worth having the barracks due to this bug.

thanks for answering this

I figured something like that was happening

Does this mean there is no benefit in having Barracks and Guerilla camps (i had both when this happened and have torn down the GC in disgust)

Other than the reduction in upkeep.

Tthe soldiers cannot be used in offensive attacks and they dont defend in defensive attacks.

I find it hard to believe they are helping my win % as i have had 180K to 200K soldiers and am losing 80% of my fights against people with 40K soldiers total

Well, they do affect the percentage chance to win. However with all those improvements, you end up putting those attacking you in a position where the underdog bonus kicks. So they're useful, just not as much as they appear. Maybe one or two, enough to give you a slight edge but not enough to gurantee the underdog bonus.
