thedestro
or you could always read this sticky: http://forums.cybernations.net/index.php?showtopic=
pyromosh
or you could always read this sticky: http://forums.cybernations.net/index.php?showtopic=342 You could read what he posted and read the sticky yourself. The sticky doesn't apply to his situation. He's checked his filtered mail folder and it's not being filtered, he's just not receiving it. I'd like to know the answer to this myself, as I never received a confirmation email. If I wait 20 days will my account be deleted for inactivity? If so, will I be able to use the name again? Is there another solution?
thedestro
The issue with users of AOL, Comcast, and other email providers that have been having trouble receiving emails from the game has been corrected. If you've forgotten your game password and need it reset use this link and it should work for you now. -admin Edited April 7, 2008 by thedestro
pyromosh
-admin Well that's helpful if you're using one of those ISPs (though I don't know what issue you could possibly have that's causing problems with multiple ISPs, that's not spamfilter related). But I run my own mailserver and am 100% certain that I'm not getting filtered (I don't filter server-side). I think I may have just typed the wrong thing in the email field when I signed up. Is there a way I can either change the address the validation email gets sent to (I'm guessing not) or have the account deleted (which has never been logged into) to start again?
