The Confederacy of America

The Kasasagi would take them up on the offer and follow them around the Pacific, additionally, the 3rd fleet would be dispatched to shadow the confederacy fleet from a much greater distance, staying far enough away to remain off their radar.

The captain of the Indomitable was telling the truth and didn't mind the company of the other Japanese ship or its accompanying fleet. Soon enough the Indomitable was joined by two ships of the same class and the three ships would form into a convoy. They would then spend their time sailing along and through the Pacific waters whilst crewmen took pictures of the Kasasagi and even bounced a few radar signals off the other ship as well though the captain let his Japanese counterpart know they were going to do so well in advance. For now the three ships would happily sail along smoothly.

Classified message to all Assault ships

"Your orders have changed, possible aggression towards foreign nations deemed inadvisable at this time. You are to venture to South America to the land once known as Argentina and commence operations to secure control of the land and its resources."

The four assault ships now out at sea would begin to head to a meeting point a short distance from the South American continent where they would group up into one convoy before heading for the land known as Argentina.

  • 3 weeks later...

All military vessels carrying Confederacy soldiers have been recalled back to the main land, the commanders who authorized the attempted take over of foreign lands have been dishonorably discharged and replace by more competent commanders. Any plans that had been drawn up for expansion of Confederacy territory have been destroyed, the President made it quite clear that the Confederacy was more than large enough as it stands and more focus should be placed on improving the situation at home than abroad.

As per the President's wishes more effort is being placed on improving the national situation at home with only diplomacy efforts to create good and lasting relationships abroad being allowed. Focus was to be put on improving the health care and living conditions across the whole of the nation with funds and resources being moved from military development to civil industry and infrastructure. In addition the military was given orders to bring the rampant drug cartels and other criminal elements in the nation under control with immediate effect.
