Major General Foch then called a private meeting of his general's below him. Foch:"We must discuss New Tongzhi's arrival." The Major General, after the meeting, would be then sit in his room and await the arrival of the representative of New Tongzhi. Foch would be extremely excited to meet the rep. She smiled and greeted the Bolivian personnel after exiting the flight. She would then proceed off the air craft and greet everyone individually and in the most respect possible. "As you know from history Vietnam has had a long conflict with Communism and Democracy. Recently under a republic we once again encountered the Communist Party rising again, however this time the Head of State had fallen I'll and could not appease the Communists with bipartisan legislation. A regent assumed her command and did not necessarily lead in the right light. He bombed the villages. In turn the communists upon hearing this news began an uprising and completely demolished stability. The nationalist and democratic groups also rose up. To make a long story short, the Tongzhi nation descended into a civil war and anarchy. Our allies in SEATO began a invasion of Tongzhi and disbanded it. They began to look after our nation and protect it from outside aggression. After awhile, we once again agreed to form a transitional republic, and that's where we stand today." She smiled. Depending on how long you will be here, you should have plenty of time to see the sights. Just let me know if you have any questions." The vehicle arrived in front of the palace, and Foch brought Thao into his office, where he offered her to sit. After a few seconds of silence, Foch recieved a phone call and answered it. Foch pauses for a few seconds before beginning to speak rapid spanish over the phone, and after about a minute he switches to french and then back to spanish again before hanging up.
