Greetings,

As I am currently in Europe visiting the Imperiums friends in France and Snow Haven, I feel I should take the opportunity to reach out to those surrounding my allies in order to discuss a future that ensures a stable and peaceful Western Europe, as Great Britain is only a few kilometers across the ocean from France, you made an obvious choice to reach out to. If Great Britain shares my vision of a peaceful and prosperous Europe and and wishes to meet with me, send and I shall be there within the hour.

Signed,

-Her Imperial Majesty, Empress Hoshiko, Sovereign of Japan and Joseon Daughter of Amaterasu, Prophet of Takamagahara, Grand Cordon of the Supreme Order of the Chrysanthemum, Grand Cordon of the Order of the Paulownia Flowers, Grand Cordon of the Order of the Precious Crown, Grand Cordon of the Order of the Sacred Treasure.

His Majesty's government recognizes that there is a need to have willing and able partners in international politics. We are pleased to know the Imperium of Japan's overall goals align with our own. The Prime Minister would be delighted to host your delegation here in London. Additionally His Majesty King George VII would like to invite the Empress to a state dinner at Buckingham palace to mark the occasion.

Signed,

The Rt. Hon. Robert Bidwell MP, Prime Minister

It was quick flight from Orleans to London, Kazuko mused about it probably taking longer to actually board and get clearance to take off than the flight lasted.

OOC: you can either show off your city a bit or skip to a meeting.

Hundreds of Londoners came out greet the Japanese delegation and to mark the first international visit to Britain since the restoration of the monarchy. After a short tour of Buckingham Palace the Japanese were invited to a lavish state dinner thrown by King George VII before being taken to one of the state rooms at 10 Downing Street to meet with the Prime Minister.

The Empress would greet the well wishers warmly, waving as she was escorted to the dinner, enjoying the meal before they headed to the state room to discuss the potential of a shared future. "I have enjoyed such a warm welcome by your people, it is wonderful to see a restored monarchy and a revived Great Britain, as a close neighbor to our closest ally, it is only natural to reach out to you to further our economic trade and providing a better relationship with European. Of course this isnt entirely an economic visit, to be blunt, the Imperium has a strategic interest in finding partners throughout Europe to maintain the independence of our friends in Snow Haven, as France is focused internally, working with the surrounding European nations is our best best to ensure their sovereignty."
