To: The Republic of ArgentinaFrom: The Foreign Office of the Austrian Democratic Republic Body: In light of certain demographic trends, namely the emigration of german speaking peoples from europe to South America, we would like to arrange a conference to discuss these and other mutual concerns of our respective nations. Among other items on the agenda we propose the discussion of migrant policy, collaboration in the tracking of revolutionary extremist groups, and cooperation on state and global security.
