Syzygy Posted January 5, 2008 Report Share Posted January 5, 2008 information index, under "Spies": Spy operation odds are determined by the following formulas: * Attacking spies chances of success are determined by (number of spies) + (technology level / 20) * The defending nation's counter intelligence systems are determined by (number of spies) + (technology level / 20) + (land purchased / 70). Threat level modifiers are also taken into account for the defender. information index, under "Technology": # Technology increases your chances of spy operation/counter-operation success with the following equation: Number of Spies + (Technology Purchased / 20) up to a 10% cap.
