A communication would be drafted and sent to the Mexican government seeking to establish a meeting between the two powers. Which is why I would like to fly to Mexico in order to discuss an alliance between our nations and a means of quelling this unruly continent. She would make small talk with the President until their arrival at Zocalo, where the meeting was held.
