[b]Black Death Headquarters[/b]

The headquarters for the Black Death terrorist organisation had very recently gone through a number of heavy changes, previousally the buildings and equipment were left in poor condition, its guards left to their own devices and security was lax through out the whole base. This was because Kevin had allowed it but after returning from Fraulein Saenger's island retreat he had changed where before he was quite simply lazy he now had a fire behind his eyes much to Viola's approval.

The changes he made were quick and significant. Rather than having his people lying about he had them constantly training, working or they were catching a little rest and relaxation. The training itself was now being done by proper instructors and the ragged band of terrorists were quickly shaping up into at least a small sense of an army. The security of the base had also been upgraded with guards now punished heavily if they were caught slacking off and no one wanted that as those caught simply disappeared never to return. To help these guards camera systems and alarms were being installed at all neccessary points and the monitors were staffed at all times with orders that if any faults were detected to have them checked out immediatly and the alarm to be activated if the investigating team went out of contact.

Aas for the operations centre Kevin had ensured that all equipment was brought up to full operational status as well as having as many systems upgraded as he could without raising too much attention. Thanks to this the terrorist group had an almost fully functioning radar system covering the whole of the Islz Cruz nation and its waters as well as real time communication with all its operatives.

At this very moment Kevin was sat in his command chair, Viola stood at his side in her new uniform, which the rest of the terrorists had also been outfitted with whilst it did mean they would easily been distinguisable it had helped foster a sense of comradeship, her hands on the PDA as she kept an eye on all other activities occuring on the base. Kevin's attention was on the terminal to his right which showed the progress on Team Echo who had been dispatched on the Cruise Liner headed for Cochin, they had gained a stroke of luck with the government's wish to help and were not about to pass up such an oppurtunity.

"Team Echo has reported in sir. They have their equipment ready and are in civilian clothes and are prepared to carry out their next stage dependant on the response of the Kingdom of Cochin. If the Kingdom allows the two vessels to dock to evacuate the civilian population they will disembark in port and carry on with the next phase of the mission, if the Kingdom does not or they are forced to turn the vessels around they will attempt to infiltrate the Kingdom by use of one of the Liner's lifeboats" reported one of the operators matter of factly.

"Very well tell them to carry on" replied Kevin.

As well as the instability of the nation trying to maintain its stability with a terrorist group posing a threat to its own sovereignty. FAR advises the nation pull it ships back and remain neutral from this point on in the conflict with the Kingdom of Cochin. Taking citizens will show the enemies of Cochin that you are trying to help them, and Cochin's side will be pissed off that your trying to take his civilians. We advise you to pull back immediately."

OOC: Hmm I guess I should have put classified up there somewhere but you wouldn't know anything about Black Death okay. Not even Islz Cruz's government knows that team echo is onboard. if you want to make a comment about Islz cruz not helping Cochin with its civilians you will want to make a post in this thread, not mine.

"Team Echo, change in orders. Due to apparent hostilities your orginal mission is cancelled, instead your new orders are as follows. Infiltrate Kingdom of Cochin territory, avoid detection and locate Kingdom intelligance headquarters. Infiltrate the headquarters and locate all information on the Asian theater the facility holds. Finally upload this information to our server and exfiltrate. Use of deadly force is authorised".

"Understood command" replied Team Echo's squad leader before cutting the connection, he turned around to face the other members of his team. "Okay orginal mission has been scrapped and command has ordered us to head into the Kingdom and gather whatever information they have from one of their intelligance buildings. Now hopefully we can get in whe".

The squad cut off as the whole team felt the boat begin to shake beneath them and the sound of the engines rose higher in the background. "Damn it I think the captain's have decided to head back to Islz Cruz. Okay everyone double time it to the life boats. Move move move!".

The team set off at a quick pace heading for the nearest lifeboat, it only took about a minute to reach it but by the time they had the liner had already turned around and started back towards Islz Cruz. The team gathered around the lifeboat and climbed in before manually lowering the boat down into the water. One member of the team had her silenced pistol out of its waterproof protective bag and held ready to take down anyone who might be walking by and decide to come investigate.

Luckily no one did and as the lifeboat contacted with the sea she slipped it back inside to keep it dry. One member moved over to the controls and started the onboard motor before steering the small vessel towards the Kingdom of Cochin. With such a small amount of power and a large distance to go it would be well into the night before Team Echo arrived so they posted one person to act as look out and another to steer and would take turns whilst the others slept. Barring any problems it should be a somewhat comfortable journey.
