We look at each nation individually instead of just telling them to go read some posted guides. Every member has their own dedicated audit thread that is regularly updated. We get every member into regulated and managed 3x3 tech groups as quickly as possible. We teach members how to make steady money for themselves rather than giving them free money just for joining. Our members are not just numbers, but are truly asked to be a part of something. Without the regular members, the alliance could not exist, so all of us go above and beyond to make sure everyone is recognized and taken care of. We have a strong sense of community and everyone is spoken to like an equal, regardless of title. Real jobs are freely given to anyone that wants to participate and those that excel are rewarded. When we founded Terran Empire, we set out to create the kind of alliance that we would want to be a part of, and we continue to hold to those ideals. Each of the founders brought several years of CN experience to the table, and we took all of the lessons learned to try not to recreate the same mistakes as alliances we were in before.
