Roman Empire Announcement

This is just a reminder that the Roman Empire is still using a cadet program for our new members, and that its AA, RECAP, is protected by us. Small as they are right now (we haven't put much into recruiting ), I know they look like tasty raiding treats, but they arent. So please put them on your do not raid lists or whatever you use, thanks

We are also protecting them against any full scale wars from other alliances within the first month of the round. During that time they will be warring themselves. After that, go invade them all you want, just dont raid them
