The Diplomatic Shuttle fleet carries all foreign representatives to the Presidential Palace. In the main conference hall. President Zhukov delcares the conference open, and begins a short speech:
“Ladies and Gentlemen, Presidents, Ambassadors, your Majesties and diplomats as a nation, Vaule has changed its Foreign policy from a goal of total isolation, to one of active and constructive participation in the world. The first step towards ending Vaule’s isolation is to reach out to other nations in the region and in the world. It is my sincere hope that the bonds that are forged between our nations here today shall last for an eternity.
I thank you. I will take this time to answer any questions you may have.”-President Zhukov

"The United Democratic Republic of Vaule hereby condemns Molakia for harboring criminals from Dell Land. We consider the judicial system of Dell Land, and any rulings that it may issue regarding it's citizens as a matter of the internal affairs of Dell Land. The Government of Vaule urges Molakia to immediately release these criminals into the custody of Dell Land. We consider your open acknowledgment that you are providing sanctuary to known criminals to be an extremely serious matter. Sammyace was jolted slightly as the wheels of the AC-130 hit the runway. After a minute or so, the plane came to a stop, and he recieved the "All Clear" signal. The bright sunlight made him wince as he and his honour guard of four soldiers climbed out of the plane. He saw a white limo idling nearby on the tarmac. A man in a Vaule Military uniform motioned them over. After exchanging pleasentaries with the man, Sammyace and his guards were motioned into the limo that was supposed to take them to an embassy or something.
...the VAF F-22s escorted the Eggman Empire's F-22s out of Vaule Airspace. The diplomatic shuttle set of for the newly established Embassy of the Eggman Empire in Vaule. A member of the Vaule Diplomatic Corps, handed an official letter to the Emperor of the Eggman Empire.
"The Emperor of the Eggman Empire is requested to attend the meeting and the opening of the conference at the Presidential Palace in three hours.

...an Aide in the Office of the Foreign Minister picked up the phone. After listening to the Assistant to the Crimean President, he responded:
"We hope that the facilities at the Embassy are satisfactory. In exactly three hours, the Imperator and the other members of Government will be holding a meeting at the Presidential Palace. We are faxing the full itinerary, and directions to the Presidential Palace to the Crimean Embassy as we speak. If there is anything else you need please let us know"-Aid to Lt. Col. Kharkov.
Lt. Col. Kharkov walked out of the Defense Ministry and into his personal limo. He instructed his driver to take him to the Presidential Palace.
The Foreign Minister smiled as he surveyed the photograph. It was a truly magnificent embassy, almost like a palace. "Splendid! I quite like it! Thank you." Mr. Babacan nodded in appreciation, grinning....the Diplomatic Shuttle pulled up to the Turkish Embassy. Two members of the Diplomatic Corps greeted Mr. Babacan upon his arrival.
"Welcome to the Turkish Embassy in Vaule. In a few hours, the Diplomatic Shuttle will return to take you to the Presidential Palace to meet with the Imperator and for the beginning of the conference. If there is anything you need Mr. Babacan, feel free to contact any member of the Diplomatic Corps."-Diplomatic Corps Official

At the Presidential Palace, final preparations have been completed for the start of the Conference.

The Foreign Minister smiled as he shook hands with the VDSC official. “Thank you, sir. It is absolutely wonderful here.”
He got into the waiting shuttle. Upon getting in, Mr. Babacan was immediately overcome with warmth, which provided relief from the freezing weather outside. ‘Man, Vaule is a truly great and honorable country. I can tell that we’re going to be great friends from now on.’ He thought to himself as he leaned back on the leather seat. ‘I wonder what the Turkish Embassy is going to look like?’
The Diplomatic Shuttle carrying the Turkish Foreign Minister left the airport and sped towards the Turkish Embassy in Vaule. The Shuttle, escorted by the Diplomatic Corps traveled through the capital under tight security
An LCD Screen inside the shuttle displayed:
"Welcome to Vaule, Mr. Babacan,
ETA to Turkish Embassy: 1hr 10 mins"
On the seat of the shuttle was a dossier addressed to the Foreign Minister of Turkey, Mr. Babacan with information on the location of the Turkish Embassy and a photograph.

As the Ambassador Shakes the man's hand he smiles. "Thanks for the warm welcome. The trip was Comfortable and Pleasant thanks for asking."Kwabe walks over to the awaiting shuttle and takes kindly to the warmth and soft seats inside the Shuttle and relaxes. Hmm.. We might have to invite Mr. President Zhukov to The United Nation soon. Thinks Ambassador kwabe as he awaits the Shuttle to take him to the UN Embassy.
The shuttle departed the Airport and rushed to the UN Embassy in Vaule. In less than 50 minutes, the shuttle pulled up to the Embassy.

The Foreign Minister was deeply touched at such display of honor as he surveyed the cheering crowds in the distance. 'It is such a honor...I'd bet JEDCJT wishes he was here.' He thought to himself, smiling.
Turning to President Zhukov, Mr. Babacan shook hands with the President-General. "It is a honor to meet with you in the name of President JEDCJT, and this shall be the start of a successful friendship between our nations. This, I promise."
The Foreign Minister paused for a moment to take in the scenario before continuing.
"Of course, it shall be an utmost honor to meet with the Imperator himself, and to visit the new Turkish Embassy." The Foreign Minister bowed, despite shivering slightly from the freezing weather.
...the Turkish Foreign Minister was then shown to a Vaule Diplomatic Shuttle waiting near the airport terminal. Near the shuttle, Mr Babacan was met by a member of the Vaule Diplomatic Security Corps (VDSC).
“Welcome to Vaule Mr. Babacan. This shuttle has been sent to transport you to the Turkish Embassy until the start of the conference”-VDSC Member
A United Nation airliner arrives at Vaule International Airport hours after the turkish Jet has landed.As the plane comes to a complete hault and stairway is let out in front of the door. A tall man in his mid thirties stepped down the staircase towards the security personel and Vuale Officials waiting for his Arrival....
President Zhukov walked by the honor guard up to the United Nation Ambassador Kwabe Naon. After a firm handshake, the President greeted the Ambassador.
“Ambassador Naon, welcome to Vaule. I hope that your trip was comfortable. We are happy that the United Nation decided to send a representative to this conference. We have a diplomatic shuttle prepared to take you to the United Nation Embassy in Vaule until the opening of the conference.”-President Zhukov
A big, extremely fancy advanced jet touched down at the Airport. The ambassador, a man with dark hair with compassionate but firm face stepped out of the plane, flanked by four of the Grand Guards of Alkavia.The ambassador looked around at Value International Airport.
"I am starting to like this country already," he said, smiling.
President Zhukov walked over to the Alkavian Ambassador and extended his hand
“Welcome to Vaule, Ambassador. The conference will get underway soon, until then we have prepared a Diplomatic Shuttle to take you to the Alkavian Embassy. If there is anything you need, please do not hesitate to talk to a member of the Diplomatic Corps”-President Zhukov.

Princess Juli arrived in a newly-designed jumbo-jet (think Airbus), escorted only by three commandos inside of the plane. There was a large entourage of media below the plane, as no journalists from the Republic had been there before. The plane touched down without incident, and she entered the lower level."No comment until after I come back. I'll allow one photographer to accompany me, and one voice recorder. Come on." She, along with the other three men and two women, stepped down. The first sight was a wonderful airport, and the trees to her right swayed with full leaves. The sun shone brightly overhead.
"Beautiful."
President Zhukov walked over to Princess Juli and greeted her on the tarmac.
“On behalf of the government and people of Vaule, we welcome you, your highness, to the capital city Sygh-Varthys”- President Zhukov.
Before the welcome could continue, a black limo pulled onto the tarmac and soldiers wearing blue berets emerged from the vehicle and the nearby airport terminal. A man in his early twenties got out of the vehicle and walked towards the Sarnungian entourage.

The Imperator walked over to Princess Juli and shook her hand.
“Your Highness, welcome to Vaule. We are honored to have you here with us. I was previously engaged in other matters and was unable to welcome many of our other guests, but it seems that I have arrived in time to welcome you personally. I see you have already been introduced to President Zhukov.”-Imperator Azenquor

If it is not too late to join, I, the Emperor of Eggman Empire, Sammyace, would like to attend. I would like to arrive at your nation in an A-130 gunship. I also request that my plane be escorted by a flight of F-22s from the Emperial Egg Air Force (EEAG). I understand if you feel threatened by this, but I give you my personal guarantee that as soon as I'm on the ground, the F-22s will leave your airspace. They will also be flying on a flight course set by you, and if they deviate, you have permission to shoot them down. I do insist that they be allowed to return to escort me back from your country.

A jetliner slowly, but steadily, descented upon the runaway of the Vaule International Airport in the capital of Sygh-Varthys.The jet veered around the runaway for a while before it came to a complete stop, right in front of the airport.
A door opened and a portable stairway was placed in front of it. Foreign Minister Ali Babacan stepped out on the stairway. The wintry Russian weather hit him suddenly, and he shivered slightly under his thick padded jacket. It was definitely different than what he was used to, especially in warm Constantinople.
Pulling his jacket tighter, the Foreign Minister, followed by security personnel, descended down the stairway to meet with Vaule officials there...
...The Turkish Foreign Minister was greeted on the tarmac by a full military honor guard, and with crowds of cheering Vaule citizens (at a secure distance of course). The President of Vaule, Gen. Mikhail Zhukov walked over to the Turkish Foreign Minister:
"Allow me to personally welcome you to Sygh-Varthys, the capital city of Vaule. I am the President of the Vaule Republic, General Mikhail Zhukov. We are honored that you have chosen to attend this conference, we hope that this will be the start of a great relationship between Vaule and Turkey. We will be heading to the Presidential Palace for a short meeting with the Imperator, after which you will be shown the Embassy of the Republic of Turkey in Vaule. We have prepared transport to take you to the Presidential Palace."-Gen. Zhukov.

President Marcus Carbon will arrive via Executive Transport (Luxury Automobile) and will NOT be using the airport. The United Democratic Republic of Vaule declares that in response to the above release from Molakia, we are prepared to take action against Molakia if necessary. Vaule has aimed Cruise Missiles at key targets in Molakia, and is standing by.
