I don't think a war with Atlas is really necessary. LPC is at war with Goons right now, and what has Atlas done to deserve such aggression?
I don't know where to start .. that's a first.
Could it be that Alexio and Tevron where stead fast in their conviction to disallow refuges from around the world to pollute and subvert the utopia Atlas and a few other alliances created formally known as The Bruin Concinnity ? Na that can't be it.
Could it be that Atlas and it's allies at every turn undermined and resisted proposals set forth by god himself to benefit a few over the masses. ? I don't see it, that would make Atlas "Shrug"

Brown has to stay, just for ecological reasons, I can't think of any society that doesn't manage and maintain a water treatment facility for the raw sewage it produces.
I recommend Aqua be first, the water is just too clear and fresh, no pesticide's or contaminating fluorines to dumb down the population and my god no senator can be bought, it's fucking horrible we need a bunch of tyrants to take this place over and tell us how to act. -

May I be as bold and suggest making the decision process interactive, a poll picking which color spheres need to be shut down, also lets ensure Hart is on retainer for daily comics and commentary, I have no issue donating to cover the cost of his services.

That's the best way to guide an alliance, stay as far away as possible from the devils tools and if a pressing matter does happen launch Corvisa and the next thing you know were in a sip conference bridge with 3/4 the alliance.

As a former political adversary of DBDC I would say that it's a simple fact that many/most upper tier nations lack balls and IF they are willing to fight, they only fight on the winning side of curbstomps. That's why they get big... while us producers fight their wars, they grow fat exploiting underpriced tech in peacetime, and hide in peacemode, desert, or otherwise run from costly wars.
A couple years ago if the upper tier banded together against Cubaquerida and his gang, they wouldn't have gotten so big, but they didn't, and the fact that doomsphere has fought their way to supremacy against the same establishment that suppressed my place in politics (not to mention, they don't exploit tech producers and noobs at horrible rates) is why I solidly support them now.
