Interesting, that shouldn't have worked quite like that because one of smart screen dependencies is trusted root certificates which would make your browser very vulnerable to a man in the middle attack.

I just set up my desk top and got the same thing- is there a way to turn this feature off so that I don't have to continue clicking Disregard and continue (not recommended)
LH use Mozilla or in your case Firefox, Edge has security features embedded into it that you can not disable under normal conditions, I can show you how to do a regedit, but I don't recommend that.
(BTW ) Seriously enjoyed the podcast.

Freelancer, the thing is we already won the war above 10,000 NS, it's simply a matter of containing them below that point, and below 5,000 NS when possible. Ultimately this is not a brown war because these terrorists are always fighting one alliance or another, SNX is merely the latest to get handed the hot potato. So leaving brown or "surrendering" as Meth demands wouldn't solve the problem long term, if they don't attack SNX again, odds are they will attack our allies or someone else. Appeasement doesn't work, and it's not the right thing to do to dump the garbage on someone else's lawn.
While this is true and being familiar with meths tactics, what's your solution once he's sitting by himself out of anarchy and goes after your low level tech farms who he will beat every single time and we all know why that is, point being unless you have the ability to keep in anarchy for months where he can't attack I don't see an amicable end game solution for either of you. Again I refer to the overall cost of this, at what point do you say this isn't worth it anymore, because lets face it, there not going anywhere.
The world can thank us, or more than likely spit on us... it doesn't really matter. We will do our duty either way.

I don't doubt it, When dream and mpol were all over him it was the most damage he took and he still kept coming, Devialance, this is an unwinnable war, it's one of the reasons we got out of it as quick as we could and it didn't take long for our bean counters to get that message across to our upper tier throwing double digit millions at it.
With us we want some kind winning result and it just wasn't happening, it's the very reason we threw a billion down drain we all had in PLW and moved to aqua, the team was no longer a viable investment in our eyes at the time.

What if they sanction, you tell them that isn't something you can support a second time (Not sure why the first when they have clear warning wouldn't be enough), but if after I get the sanctions removed from the first round; would DK drop him right away if he goes ahead with a second round of sanctions despite you have given repeated warnings?
I think you guys should already be reconsidering your objectives. What you're doing would be like if NpO backed Monsters Inc when they fought NPO; you already have many reasons you don't need to protect them. They started the war.
I don't profess to speak for Doom or WC, however she and Hershey are both reasonable people, if something like that transpired at say 12:01 server time, when she woke, had her morning coffee and bagel turned on the news she'd most likely not be pleased.

I do, however, have the power to drop our treaties with any alliance who we have one with. I have discussed the situation with my co-leader, Lord Hershey, and we both agree that sanctioning Sephiroth would be a very bad move. If that happens, it will be taken into account AFTER this war when we reconsider our Foreign Affairs objectives.
Mom and Dad talked and while smoking a cig they both agree some of their children have gotten a little to big for their britches and want them to understand that with great power comes great responsibility, don't make them do something you don't want them to.

I think the only micro hated more worldwide than Animalz is Monsters Inc, so them moving to brown and joining LPCN is definitely a great development for the team. :psyduck:

What's SNX's goal here, I'm taking long term, because from my vantage point none of you can see 3 feet in front of your face, you fight when you should be negotiating , you run when you should stand your ground, and you both bicker over the one thing that doesn't matter. I'm going to give you some advice none of you will take, but I'll do it anyway, both of you in private come up with your vision of how you both see the brown team, keep in mind it's current inhabitants and traditionally who's home it really is, then have 3, 6 and 9 month goals and what ever they are, make sure there met.
Then go big bad and bold and tell GATO there service's are no longer required, knowing full well who there allies are and kick them off the team, you want to forge your own destiny ? There I just gave you the grand vision.

I can work with them. Although Junka claimed it a victory when we let his war on aNiMaLz slide with white peace, so our side wants a surrender regardless. When Junka does the opposite of what I told him when he messaged me about peace, then the prospects for peace don't look good.
Although I'm sure I will work great with all of them & be back in the Senate within a month when we focus our votes.
Being an alumni member of the brown team and damn near the authors of how a micro maintains it's presence in the senate if that was the goal maybe your time would have been spent more wisely ensuring your supporters had a political lobbyist working for you instead of scientist splitting atoms in those Manhattan projects .

The fate of the Brown team hangs on the wire today, being the last day for voting.
If I manage to pull in just a few more votes from those who don't want to see freedom choked off, with Sanctions as a weapon of war for the bigger side being a fact of life; then very realistically anyone ranked 3-5 could be pushed out of the Senate due to SNX trying to manipulate the polls to such an extent.

The only way they've been able to cause us any problems is DK's influence in getting alliances to stop doing tech deals, if they're able to push me out of the Senate they are likely to try sanctioning us off the sphere. Although we'll continue fighting for freedom on the Brown Team even if we need to endure a month of sanctions if they manage to push me out this election.
You two have been in one giant pissing match ever since we, The III Percent left the team, I watched you make some smart moves then two days later do the stupidest thing and get played, same goes for Junka, I actually was impressed at what SNX was able to accomplish in 3 days with AFRO, was it justified ?

We only fight if there is a clear Casus Belli or to defend the security and prosperity of our members and our allies. I would hope the same civilized characteristics would define an alliance as old as GATO but maybe I am wrong.
It is no secret I and allot of the crew I hang with dig your leadership style, it's damn near identical to ours, and we all know where the structure comes from, however there is a huge difference, we are defensive and before that person comes in here screaming we attacked them, we all know how that transpired and I'm not even going to debate it.
GATO is the oldest alliance currently in the verse, they are the only alliance in my eyes that sits at the head of Browns table, nothing you, meth or any other current squatter can change my mind to that fact, I've preached this, defended it when we are on the team and it fell on deaf ear's.
Now it's been said that at least LPC and SNX are fighting for their vision of the Brown Team, you know what ? I couldn't agree more.
And now those stakes are about to be raised, Magic Ninja just gave you a challenge, we have an MDP with GATO it's no secret, it's never been canceled even after we left the team, we left it there for a reason, with the hopes one day we would return home to the land we fought for.
WC, I see a unique opportunity here, one that settles this one and for all, GATO wins and SNX has to leave, we come back home spend another billion and take the third senate, it's the one thing were really good at, the other is fairness, I've grabbed a screenshot of both alliance's the rules are simple, some one ghost's GATO or enters the war on their behalf, there drilled on by doom, the flip side to that if someone ghosts or enters the war for SNX, they get to meet on of our fine folk and possibly even a minuteman or two.

That said Der Fuhrer has done something I haven't seen in awhile and that's present himself in a nation leader role, I'm willing to gamble on his success.
