Correct, if your nation was logged in at home then you will not be able to trade/aid/war together ever again.
However, as long as this doesn't happen again (e.g. you only log in from separate locations in the future), you should be fine as far as deletion goes.

In recognition of the mutual desire for greater friendship and diplomatic ties between our two alliances, the Global Democratic Alliance (GDA) and Vengeance hereby enter into this protectorate agreement.
Article I: Foreign Affairs
Vengeance will be allowed to conduct its own foreign affairs, but must inform GDA of all negotiations and planned treaties.
Article II: Defense
In the event that Vengeance is engaged in a defensive war, GDA must give all reasonable military and financial aid that is available. In the event that Vengeance plans to initiate an offensive war, notice must be given to GDA at least 72 hours before the planned declaration of war. At any time during those 72 hours, GDA may deny Vengeance's request to declare war. If the war declaration is made after GDA denies the request, this treaty will be immediately canceled and considered null and void.
In the event that GDA is engaged in an offensive or defensive war, Vengeance is strongly encouraged to provide all reasonable assistance that is available, though it is not required of them.
Article III: Conduct
Both signatories agree to not act in hostile intention, espionage, or uncivil conduct toward the other signatory for the duration of this treaty. Respect, support, and civility must remain a goal between both alliances.
Article IV: Financial Aid
Financial aid may be requested of GDA by Vengeance. A reason for the aid must be given by Vengeance at the time of the request. GDA is strongly encouraged, but not required, to grant any requests for aid submitted by Vengeance.
Article V: Technology Trading
Vengeance may freely trade technology within itself. In the event that Vengeance wishes to trade technology with foreign alliances, it must first submit the necessary information about its sellers to GDA. If GDA is unable to find buyers to fill the available aid slots within 48 hours of the information being submitted, Vengeance may approach any other alliance(s) in regard to the trade.
Article VI: Modification and Upgrade
Modifications may be made to this treaty as deemed fit by mutual consent between GDA and Vengeance. This treaty will be reviewed every two months after its initial signature and an upgrade will be discussed at that time.
Article VII: Cancellation
GDA or Vengeance may cancel this treaty for any reason. Cancellation notice must be given privately to the government of other party. This treaty will be active for 72 hours after private notice is given of intent to cancel.
If either party has committed an egregious violation of this treaty, the other party may cancel this treaty immediately.

The real question is what will GDA do? If they don't stand up for Kobiashiy then I'll lose any respect for them. Are you going to hold up your end of the bargain, GDA?
We will protect him and reps will be sought if/when the war ends. If he is nuked, Sakura will be listed as a military target.
Contrary to popular belief, a treaty does not need announced to be real. The announcement only serve as a hailfest and photo op for the protector and protectee. They publicly announced in the 1st post of the DoE thread for his new alliance, that they protected him, and were only waiting to finalize signatures. But you go ahead, keep trying to make the fail case that he was unprotected at the time of the attack.Lack of an announced treaty.We don't need an announced treaty to protect him.

So apparently you couldn't have told Kobi to wait for you to finish signing the treaty. Patience is a fantastic thing.
I suggested exactly that, but he wanted to go ahead and launch today.

I'm can't even take the GDA protecting seriously. Yeah, BacTalan did just say they are protecting them, but it's just kind of weird to say that when he also mentions the fact that the reason the protectorate TREATY isn't signed yet is because the sigs aren't on. What's the point of even writing a treaty if you're just going to simply say "Yeah, we're protecting them."
It's been in discussion and there have been no major objections, but we have yet to get it actually signed.
Also, obligatory lol @ GDA*rolls eyes*
To the people who will be trolling GDA, we'll be watching Vengeance and will rescind the treaty if they end up starting to fail badly like you think they will.

Right, here's the situation..
- A couple months after I started playing CN, I showed it to one of my RL friends and convinced him to join.
- Around a year ago, my family moved from the US to the UK.
- His parents are also close friends of my parents, and are going to be visiting us this summer.
Would there be a problem with him logging on to his nation from my network during this time? It would be for 2-3 weeks.
- A couple months after I started playing CN, I showed it to one of my RL friends and convinced him to join.
