This thread displays a profound lack of creativity. It's a shallow attempt to mirror the rallying call of the Karma speech from the outset of the last war without any of the passion, sincerity, or good diction of the former speech. Add to that it's from (largely) the opposite side and you have what I've been saying for a couple different threads now: You guys are trying to copy the other side's successful strategies from the last war and failing miserably, make your own damn strategies or flounder about like you are while we point and laugh.

Infiltration is a euphemism (at best) for spy and again implies malicious intent, for which there is no proof.
It also insinuates the backing of someone else, for which there is no proof.

Against NSO, who oddly doesn't appear to be on his AA list that UE posted.
The accusations in the OP list spying on NATO and IRON for which there is absolutely no proof.

What circumstantial evidence? Ages of nations isn't proof of anything.So for 3 years he kept up two nations flawlessly and was not caught, yet just recently he very conveniently forgot how he'd done it all along and started logging in from the same computer / IP to get deleted and for you to catch him? Wow that's a rock-solid theory right there.
Like I said, it's not conclusive, but it provides a reasonable reason to doubt the validity of the argument they were multis from the beginning.

I believe since he was deleted as a multi, it's your job to prove that he wasn't always a multi.
It doesn't matter whether or not he was a multi because there's no evidence of spying nor evidence that RoK knew about it. There is, however, circumstantial evidence (such as the ages of the nations) indicating that he may have inherited the nation from someone that quit the game.
Either way it doesn't matter.

I would also like to point out (sorry guys) the inherent sarcasm in the "NATO was spying on RoK argument." It's a sarcastic jab at the fact Rish's nation is younger than his multi and insinuating that his strings were pulled. The reason why it's funny (as sarcasm should be) is that there is absolutely no evidence based on the OP that can solidly refute this claim.
There, I explained it for all those who lack logical comprehension and take it as a serious argument while sucking all the fun out of it. I hope you're proud of yourselves.

Like I said, that's not even the issue being addressed here. You're taking one small facet of the OP (a cheap shot at RoK) and turning it into the entire deal, rather than looking at the whole OP. Reading it, evaluating it, weighing the evidence, then coming to a conclusion about the current issue based on what has been presented.

Timing of actions means nothing. If I commit an assault then am not caught till after the statute of limitations is up, am I any less guilty?

He had a multi and it was 1200 days old. Now prove that he didnt have it for all 1200 days.
Please provide a screen shot of the nation before it was deleted stating it's age. It's not that it's impossible, merely that proof of this kind has not been presented yet, and arguing based on innuendo and assumption is never a good way to go.

Did TPF get a chance to apologize? Why is RoK's speech on how they didn't do anything wrong legitimate, but TPF's speech on how they didn't do anything wrong is illegitimate.
A completely irrelevant point to the current discussion. You keep treating them as if they were the same or similar circumstances when they are not. No real comparison between the two actions can be taken.
BUT
Even if you want to try to argue that, there's evidence against mhawk (TPF) and no evidence against Hoo (RoK) which I would say warrants completely different responses.

Let's listen to everyone involved saying that TPF never had any plans after they surrendered. TPF says (and has proven) they didn't do anything after surrender, and you don't listen to them. RoK says they didn't do anything wrong, and you listen to them.
Hypocrites.
First off, kudos on the blatant misdirection and derail attempt, classic.
Secondly, Hoo apologized on page 4 or so, and there's absolutely no evidence that he nor anyone else in RoK knew anything about this.
In conclusion: You're blatantly misrepresenting the facts to draw a false conclusion (hypocrisy) that favors your twisted viewpoint of things.
