    I agree with Choader. But the way blockades are now is more realistic than it would be if the penalty could be waited out. Should justice be served, then you shouldn't be able to wait out anything, because that's close to abusing the system imo.

    There's a "tech industry" in the real world too. Look at all the cellphones made in China for example. Cheap labour, really. So teach-deals are good, and should not be removed, since they are just like RL.

    If you're a tech-seller, yes, get universities first. In other words, tear down your banks. (not before you can afford the universities tho)
